The Alameda DragonFlyers team was established in 2000 -- and we have been growing ever since. Our 60 members represent a diverse mix of ages and athletic abilities from around the Bay Area. We offer opportunities for novice, recreational and competitive paddlers.

 

Paddles Up!

We're one of the most active, organized teams in the San Francisco Bay area. We train on the beautiful waters of the Alameda/Oakland estuary.

 

In addition to practices and races, we host a variety of social activities, including festive food events and boot camp exercise sessions.

 

Alameda DragonFlyers also mentors the Fishtix, a youth dragonboat team comprised of Alameda middle and high school students.
